Abstract

In the book â€˜And The Angel Speaksâ€™ the author describes the replenishing process of the angel in Victoria Memorial Hall as an engineering consultant. Being a high caliber competent engineer with varied experience, the author took a challenging attitude for the working project and also became emotionally involved for this highly prestigious monumental repair.
