Development of Mathematical Physics in India

Abstract

According to the lecture delivered by the author in the seminar on "Indian Contributions in Mathematical Sciences" organized by ISEC, the author has discussed about the development of mathematical physics in India, particularly the quantum mechanics and the relativity theory. The works of following personalities have been discussed herewith for which they are known internationally.
