Obituary

Abstract

With profound sorrow the Institute of Science, Education and Culture records the passing away of its beloved life member Mr. Charandas Baral who passed away on 4th March 2012. He was a very amiable, soft-spoken, kindhearted person with excellent behaviour. He was a very efficient President of the Indo-German Association, Calcutta for many years. Mr. Baral, a renowned Mechanical Engineer had been to Iran as an international expert. With his passing away the Institute of Science, Education and Culture lost a great life member.
