Abstract
The concepts of quality assurance and productivity have been studied in this article. Based on the analysis of the electrical data of welding arc, a process monitoring system has been developed to monitor GMA short arc welding lo ensure weld quality and to increase welding productivity. This article deals with only the welding of thin mild steel plates.
