Abstract

The book, on the evaluation of mercury, lead, cadmium and three of the food additives amaranth, Diethylpyrocarbonate and n-octyl gallate brought out by the Expert Committee of the FAO/WHO, can be credited for the clarity, lucid style, and prolonged experimental work.
