Abstract

The sunflower seed meal, an economically new entrant offers a promising new source of protein of good biological quality and high oil yielding. The protein quality of sunflower meal alone and in combination with locally available cerea's and pulses as evaluated through rat growth assay has been discussed in our earlier communication.
