Abstract

This publication, fifth in the series, is a result of one of the regular meetings of joint FAQ/WHO expert committee on Food Additives held in Geneva in 1973. It deals with toxicological evaluation of food additives and includes among others, anticaking agents, antimicrobials and antioxidants.
