Abstract

A conference on "Necrotizing enterocolitis in the newborn infant" sponsored by Ross Laboratories, Ohio, U.S.A. was convened in 1974. That has enabled' many individuals with vast experience and research background to study critically not only the early recognition but also to achieve an effective, prevention and treatment. It has enabled a report on this problem of Paediatric Research.
