Abstract

Dr. B. C Roy's Statement, "Every problem has a solution to be found very near itself" is of great significance in developing the nutrition strategy where a solution nearby is generally the only solution. It has assumed greater importance as our plans and programmes in this area have not been consistent with this concept.
