Abstract

It is very welcoming that the Annual Reviews Inc. Palo Alto, California, USA has initiated the series on Annual Review of Nutrition, similar to the prestigious series on the Annual Review of Bio-chemistry. The first volume itself speaks of the high standard and depth of information that this review series are going to maintain. This volume is composed of 18 detailed chapters on various topics of nutrition each contributed by renouned scientists in the field.
