Abstract

The global problem of protein shortage still exists. The prohibitive cost of animal protein makes peoples vegetarian inspite of the fact they would very much like to be nonvegetarians with the advancement of food technology and industry, palatable, inexpensive vegetable based high protein foods are emerging.
