Abstract

This Almanac is a food industry's indispensable reference manual comprising 12 chapters. The first two sections explain about the Association and FDA personnel, and food laws and regulations. In order to help the canner and the consumer to be on the safer side the label information on cans or other packages need to be very clear, which is discussed in section III Labelling and packaging of various foods.
