Abstract
The enzyme beta-galactosidase is used for hydrolysis of lactose into corresponding monosaccharides, glucose and galactose. The enzymic hydrolysis of lactose may be catalysed by using soluble or free enzyme directly to the system or using bound enzyme which permits reuse of the enzyme.Downloads
