A New Species of Trichomalopsis Crawford (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae), Hyperparasitoid of Silkworm Uzi Fly, Exorista bombycis (Louis) (Diptera: Tachinidae), from Karnataka, India
Abstract
A new species of the genus Trichomalopsis Crawford (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) hyperparasitising the silk worm uzi fly, Exorista bombycis (Louis), on Bombyx mori Linn. is described from Karnataka, India. Affinities of the new species with the other known species discussed.
