Semi-Invariant Submanifolds of an almost r-Paracontact Riemannian Manifold

Abstract

The study of semi-invariant submanifolds of an almost contact metric manifold was initiated by A. Bejancu and N. Papaghiuc [2] and later developed by several authors. Subsequently, an analogous treatment of the semi-invariant submanifold of an almost paracontact metric manifold [6] was given in [5] and [8]. The purpose of the present paper is to define and study the semi-invariant submanifolds of an almost r-paracontact Riemannian manifold [4] which is a generalization of an almost paracontact metric manifold.
