Abstract

The conference was inaugurated by Mr. Arjun Singh, Union Minister for Human Resources Development, by lighting a lamp before a large and distinguished audience and delegates representing more than 70 countries, the library and information professionals from India and guests, in the commodius and elegant Siri Fort auditorium.
