The vast majority of man foolishly thinks that he can make himself happy through attachments with his own body and senses. The higher and more cultured a man, the more pleasure he finds in intellectual and other higher pursuits True happiness can be got by resisting our passions, and not by obeying them. It is a subjective affair. It is within. Real happiness can only be attained through freedom, neither in wealth, not even in power. One requires feeling to implement of what is thought to be right, when the purity is developed in heart devoid of bias and prejudices. It is the training and judicious control of senses, mind and upgrading to the spirit of consciousness that can make real progress to attain true happiness.Downloads
