The Unacknowledged Benefactor in the Life of Subhas Chandra Bose

Abstract

Many persons figured prominently in the life of Subhas Chandra Bose. Swami Vivekananda was the most decisive source of inspiration and influence in his life. Subhas has acknowledged his debt of gratitude to Sri Ramakrishna also though he once said that Vivekananda appealed more to him than Sri Ramakrishna. Sri Aurobindo inspired and ignited his mind in his youthful days. Benimadhav Das, Headmaster of Subhas at Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack was another person whom Subhas revered tremendously.
