Abstract

Water crisis is affecting India. There is acute drinking water scarcity in several parts of the country. Though, India has plethora of rules and regulations, but due to poor management, water scarcity has occurred. But, people and the Govt. have now become aware and vigilant, and water conservation measures are being practiced in almost every field, be it agriculture, construction, mining, industry etc. It is hoped that India will soon overcome its water scarcity.
