Abstract

I read the article on the topic of Refurbishment of coating for corroded steel pipelines authored by Buddhadeb Deuri & Bimal Chaudhuri, issue March 2010, Vol 24(2) of Indian Science Cruiser It was highly enlightening & good practice relevant to all chemical plants related to maintenance work for corrosion protection of carbon steel pipelines. Basically the application of metallic coatings are various methods & category as per std./code & guidelines like IS, ASME, ASTM, DIN etc refer to user for proper quality control.
