Abstract
Children are the wealth of a nation. Adequate nutrition during infancy and childhood is of paramount importance for fostering the all round development physical, mental and emotional to the optimum levels. The young child is very vulnerable to dietary inadequacies. They succumb readily where the environment is insanitary, infectious diseases and infestations are rampant and the quality of the diet is poor.Downloads
