Abstract

COI region of the prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii, collected from Indian part of Sunderbans has been amplified. PCR with extracted DNA produced 642 bp PCR amplicon. The DNA sequence has been deposited to NCBI with accession number FJI71913.
