Management of Subgingival Fracture - A Case Report
Abstract
Trauma with accompanying fracture of permanent anterior teeth is a tragic experience for the young, patients and create psychological impact on them. Crown fracture accounts for the highest percentage of all traumatic injury in the permanent dentition. The clinician plays a vital role in the prognosis of traumatized tooth. It depends on his accurate diagnosis and treatment procedure at two separate levels; the pulpal and the restorative level. This case report describes the management of subgingival fracture in an upper left canine.
