Our sample, broadly. from the south revealed that climate and destination management inclusive of destination marketing and image had influenced the choice of consumers. The findings are significant in policy implications, particularly for the tour managers as well as advertising agennts and to a certain extent in government policies. In particular, we urge the Ministry of tourism to price tourism pacakges based on affordability of the consumers through discounts and promotional offers. ER -
