Abstract

Etymologically Agribusiness means business with agricultural produce, within agriculture industry agribusiness is widely used simply as a convenient portmanteau of agriculture and business but in its truthful format agribusiness means corporate farming that integrates agricultural production, processing, marketing and use of food fiber, and by-products from plant crops and animals coupled with long distance trade, occupational specialization and urbanism. Literally, it also acts as a marker for a concerned stage of civilization.
