Abstract

Pseudomonas fluorescens native isolate and Pseudomonas fluorescens strains of pf 1, pf 27 effectively inhibited the growth or Rhizoctonia solani. Seed treatment with Pseudomonas fluorescens native isolate and Pseudomonas fluorescens strains of pf1 (4 x 109cfu/ml) recorded the maximum germination (98.66% and 86.66%), shoot length (20 and 18cm), root length (15 and 13 cm), dry matter production (60 mg and 57 mg) and vigor index (1973.2 and 1618) compared to control.
