Abstract

Papillon-Lefevre syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder. This is characterized by palmar-plantar hyperkeratosis, with rapidly progressive periodontitis and premature loss of both deciduous and permanent teeth. This article presents the prosthodontic rehabilitation of a patient with Papillon-Lefevre syndrome with implant-supported over denture using two dental implants in mandible.
