Abstract

The book 'The Micro Wave Oven' deals with the commercial and consumer micro wave ovens in all aspects viz. constructional features of the ovens, cooking of different food menus by electromagnetic radiation in the microwave frequency range, instructions for the potential users of these ovens, comparison between micro wave preparations of food and conventional preparation in terms of taste, colour, appearance, flavour and texture, cooking times for menu items like sandwiches, potatoes, vegetables, meat etc.
