Abstract
Deliberate attempts to tamper with the purity or genuineness of a food commodity should be considered as one of the most heinous crimes. Though some adulterants may not pose any health hazard, certain other may lead to quite serious consequences As part of our moral commitment to safeguard consumer health. Industrial Toxicology Research Center, Lucknow, has from time to time, undertaken surveys under the broad scope of Food Additives and Contaminant Toxicology.Downloads
