Abstract

All people are consumers. It is the nature of circumstances that irrespective of their occupation or profession, they take the consumer point of view in purchasing the things wanted for personal or family living. The subject of consumer affairs has immediate relevance and application to every one. Experiential approach to such a subject brings about active involvement of the participants in learning, and helps in better application of the knowledge learnt in recognising situations and in suitably tackling them.
