Abstract

Although more than half a century old the subject of Boundary Layer is still receiving considerable interest and there are still a number of unsolved problems baffling the investigators. The concept of a thin region of quick transition near the boundary surface has solved many an intricate practical problem and has enabled deep probing into the non-linear differential equations.
