Abstract

With the science of dietetics assuming an important role today and with the establishment of dietetics department in hospitals, the book on nutrition and dietetics will be welcomed by dietitians and nurses in hospitals. Miss Beck in 24 chapters has written in simple knowledge on basic nutrition and later on the significant role diet plays in the recovery of diseases.
