Abstract

The rapid growth of population in India and fast dwindling resources of land and water have made it obligatory to depend more on sea and microbial conversion of agriculture and industrial wastes to biomass for meeting future protein requirements. Spirulina is an algae, rich in organic nitrogenous constituents.
