Abstract
Pulses or legumes are rich and important sources of protein in vegetarian diets. They contribute B-vitamins and vitamin-C, when germinated. Further, pulses with their higher content of total fat contribute along with cereals to meet the essential fatty acid needs of an adult.Downloads
