Abstract

The nutrition agenda of the country in the earlier days was one that of 'protein' migrating slowly with knowledge base to 'protein calorie' and today the nutrition problem is engulfed into the aspects of 'micro nutrient' malnutrition. Therefore, on the one hand, the urbanities continue to be aware of the nutrition intervention but the ruralities are not totally exposed to nutrition knowledge, eventhough they want to have an access seldom they succeed.
