Abstract
The authors have brought together the common, chemical and brand names in the form of indexes and they have also adopted the names accepted by the International Standard Organisation. Equivalent other national brand names have also been given. Some new names aiming at a standard nomenclature have also been proposed. Further the methods of detection and analysis of these chemicals have been discussed. WHO specification for residue analysis and application equipment are also given. Recommendations on the acceptable daily intake levels of pesticides have been made.Downloads
