Food Consumption Statistics 1955-1973
AbstractThe OECD Directorate for Agriculture has undertaken to republish the food balance statistics on hand. Three volumes have already been published and the present issue furnishes data relating to the 1955-1973 period. Except for the last four years, yearly data are not shown. Data regarding meat, milk and milk products have been up-to dated. Very few methodological and technical notes are found which makes it difficult to understand the enormous amount of figures given. However it may be useful to compare the international food situation in the given period.
