Evaluation of Low Cost Stock Diets for Albino Rats

Abstract

Different laboratories have formulated various stock diets based on the requirements of rats. Use of a uniform pretested, processed commercial stock diet as is being done in some countries abroad, will help to reduce the variations created in experiments due to the diet of stock animals.
