Abstract

The present volume contains six review articles - two of them dealing with studies on humans. C. Den Hartog's review is on recent food and nutritional status in the Netherlands. He has the work carried out since 1966 when the World Review of Nutrition and Dietetics has reviewed the situation in Netherlands.
