Abstract

The book entitled, "Research and Development at the CFTRI, Three Decades" is the publication of Central Food Technological Research Institute delivering its developments over the past three decades. The major objectives of starting this institute were mainly the conservation of food materials including better infestation control, and new processing of food materials with retention of nutritive value and technology transfer.
