Abstract
Two topics of current interest are treated in this book. They are: 1. Insect lipids; and 2. Pesticide residues in fats and other lipids. The first stage is reviewed at length by Paul G. Fast. Fast has presented comprehensive data on the fatty acid and phospholipid composition of insects has been discussed thoroughly. The chapters on the biosynthesis and metabolism of lipids in insects, give a wealth of interesting information.Downloads
